TENCEL™莱赛尔及莫代尔纤维融入大自然的循环,有助维持环境生态平衡。纤维取材于光合作用产生的可再生原料木源,以环保责任的生产流程制造的纤维素纤维,取材于天然的TENCEL™纤维是可通过生物降解和堆肥而完全回归大自然。

从森林到面料 - 源于植物生态

TENCEL™莱赛尔纤维取材于可持续发展木源,得到相关认证,源头可控,并严格遵守兰精公司木材和木浆政策的规范。

TENCEL™莫代尔纤维主要采用可再生的原材料榉木,木材来自奥地利及邻近国家的可持续发展森林。

兰精集团使用的木材及木浆均来自天然森林和可持续管理种植林。所有兰精™纤维均符合森林管理委员会FSC®(C041246)或森林认证体系认可计划PEFC™标准,可应客户要求提供认证。所有兰精™纤维已成为美国政府农业部(USDA)生物产品优先采购计划BioPreferred®的指定产品。


TENCEL™莱赛尔纤维的可持续生产流程

TENCEL™莱赛尔纤维以其环保的闭合式生产工艺赢得市场口碑。这种高效利用资源、降低环境影响的溶液纺丝工艺把木浆转化为纤维素纤维,而水和溶液则不断循环使用,回收率高达99%。这种经济效益的生产过程还夺得欧盟「欧洲环保大奖」的「可持续发展技术奖」(2002年)。

TENCEL™莫代尔纤维的环保生产流程

兰精位于奥地利的整合式工厂综合木浆及纤维生产工序,利用木浆车间的可再生能源以环保的方式生产纤维,并回收剩余成分制作其他副产品。公司致力于保护地球资源供子孙后代在未来世代享用。兰精的创新理念层出不穷,这些新技术都已应用于制造TENCEL™莫代尔纤维,使整个生产流程变得更环保。


可生物降解

取材于大自然,所有TENCEL™品牌莱赛尔及莫代尔常规纤维均已通过认证,在工业、家居、土壤和海洋环境下可生物降解及可堆肥,因此可以完全回归大自然。

Certification

USDA certified biobased product

TENCEL™ Lyocell and Modal fibers are produced from wood pulp from sustainably managed sources, a renewable resource. They have earned United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) BioPreferred® designation.

biodegradable / compostable

Derived from nature, all TENCEL™ standard Lyocell and Modal fiber types have been certified by the Belgium certification company Vinçotte as biodegradable and compostable under industrial, home, soil and marine conditions, thus they can fully revert back to nature.

EU Ecolabel

TENCEL™ Modal fibers are certified with the internationally recognized EU Ecolabel, an environmental quality label only awarded to products and services which have a significantly lower environmental impact throughout their entire lifecycle.  Products awarded the label are independently assessed for compliance with strict ecological and performance criteria.

Lenzing's closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers with high resource efficiency and low ecological impact, received the European Award for the Environment from the European Commission in the category “The Technology Award for Sustainable Development” (2002).
