TENCEL™ teamed up with VOGUE for a special project — a sustainable sweatshirt — revealed at the Vogue Forces of Fashion event in Berlin in September 2024. 

Designed by the Berlin-based fashion designer Kasia Kucharska, the new VOGUE Forces of Fashion x TENCEL™ official sweatshirt was made from a unique fiber blend of TENCEL™, organic cotton, recycled wool. Revealed at fashion’s annual night-of-nights in the German capital, this project ensured that conversations around sustainability remained front and centre when looking ahead to the future. 

The hand-drawn VOGUE logo featured in the sweatshirt was inspired by Kucharska’s unique, 3D latex creations. In her Berlin-based studio, the designer fuses architecture and fashion into wearable works of art, drawing inspiration from traditional lace craftsmanship. Recognised for her unique vision and exploration of new and sustainable manufacturing techniques, Kucharska was the winner of the Fashion Council Germany/VOGUE Fashion Fund in 2024.
