Since its launch in 2018, the Lenzing E-Branding Service has delivered value to the textile and nonwovens industries by pioneering the digitalization of value chain management. The Lenzing E-Branding Service facilitates the traceability of Lenzing’s portfolio of sustainable fibers, including TENCEL™, LENZING ECOVERO™ and VEOCEL™ and supports brands in effectively and confidently promoting their use of Lenzing fibers in their products to eco-conscious customers.
To continuously improve user experience for all Lenzing’s customers, at the start of the year, Lenzing integrated two additional languages into the Lenzing E-Branding Service platform, paving the way for a more global platform that feels personalized for users across the globe. Previously only available in English and Simplified Chinese, the recent upgrade added French and Turkish language options to the platform. It also enhanced accessibility to useful features, such as extending the new language offering to the E-Branding Helpdesk services and enabling local characters in important text inputs for improved information accuracy.
The language upgrade ensures that more Lenzing partners, many of which operate in multiple markets across the globe, can accurately and confidently assure their customers of their sustainability claims in their preferred or native languages. The new update will better enable users to navigate the E-Branding Service with ease, empowering Lenzing’s English, Chinese, French and Turkish partners to share Lenzing’s sustainability benefits through their promotional materials.
