Lenzing AG (Lenzing) or other Lenzing group companies hold(s) the proprietary rights to this website and all other Lenzing websites. By accessing and using this website, the user is subject to the following Terms of Use:

1. The use of this Lenzing website as well as the use of other connected websites, or documents and files accessed through this website by the user is permitted for personal information purposes only.

Lenzing is the sole owner of the Lenzing trademarks (in particular TENCEL™, LENZING™, ECOVERO™, REFIBRA™, VEOCEL™) and goodwill associated therewith and has valuable rights in and to the trademarks. Any information, texts, pictures, drawings, descriptive and visual elements, claims or photographs (including all marketing materials) contained on the Lenzing website(s) are protected by copyright and are the sole intellectual property of Lenzing, its affiliates or third parties for the benefit of Lenzing. Nothing herein shall be construed as assigning, transferring or granting any right in or license to use Lenzing trademarks, brands, branded offer names, technology names, any copyright protected material or any marketing claims contained on the Lenzing website(s). Any use of Lenzing trademarks, brands, branded offer names, technology names, any copyright protected material or of marketing claims contained on the Lenzing website(s) requires a prior license from Lenzing.
8. The liability of Lenzing is limited to its own content which it has placed on its website(s). In the event that a user places content on the website(s), the user shall be solely liable for such content. Lenzing shall exercise reasonable care and attention to ensure that the information contained in the Lenzing website(s) is accurate and updated. However, despite careful research and diligent in-house and external studies conducted with reasonable care, Lenzing assumes no liability, either expressed or implied, for the topicality, actuality, accuracy, completeness and quality of the information published on the Lenzing website(s). The information provided by the user shall not be bound by any confidentiality obligations, with the exception of personal data, the usage of which is subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) as well as the relevant Data Protection Act. Users of the website agree that they shall not collect data for further processing, either manually or by automated means (using "screen scraping"), nor shall they incorporate data from this website into their products. The user is expressly forbidden from creating a simulated version of this website by "framing" or "mirroring".
15. These Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by the substantive law of Austria.
