  3. Molecular coating preceded by sand blasting and tempering
  4. Armoring and hard coating

Details

At our disposal are a variety of technologies for solving your conceptual formulation. We are happy to advise you on the adequate choice of method for removing and preventing surface deterioration already in the initial stages of a project. This will provide you with the certainty that your requirement profile will be implemented fast and to specifications.

Metallurgical spraying helps reduce maintenance costs. Destroyed or damaged bearing seats, shaft bushings, shafts and axles, studs and many other parts can be reconditioned and their surface can be improved in a cost-efficient way, saving the need of new investment. It is often advisabe to consider metallurgical coating already at part manufacturing, to achieve longer service life.

Molecular coating enables cost-efficient reconditioning of complete units, turbine and pump housings, wheels, bearing housings and other parts. That means not only elimination of abrasion, corrosion and cavitation damage, but preventive care by molecular coating. Worn material is restored and the original tolerance limits are re-established. Smooth surfaces obtained by these means results in an increase of performance by 5% to 10%, along with considerable energy savings. Molecular coating prevents costly investments for replacement.

Our program is rounded off by armoring and hard coating for a multitude of materials. We are happy to advise you on the selection of optimum technology for your special application.
