THE LENZING GROUP: Dietmar Preslmayr - The New Company Spokesman

Dietmar Preslmayr, 33, who – since June 2000 - has been responsible for Investor Relations and Public Relations as head of the Corporate Communication Department of the Lenzing Group, has also been appointed Company Spokesman to liaise with the media with immediate effect.

Dietmar Preslmayr studied business administration and began his career with Lenzing in 1992 where, for six years, he was responsible for the marketing and sales activities of the Fibers Division in overseas markets. In this position, Dietmar Preslmayr played a decisive role in building up the special fibers' business in Asia. While working as assistant to Jochen Werz, the Spokesman of Lenzing's Board of Management, Dietmar Preslmayr was co-responsible for stragetic projects relating to the worldwide fiber activities of the Lenzing Group
