At the New York Home Textile Show in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre in New York a blanket of 100 % Lenzing Lyocell® was awarded the prize for the „Best Product 2002“. The award was explained by the fact that the product selected goes to great lengths to treat the environment with care since the manufacturing process for a blanket of 100 % Lenzing Lyocell® is environmentally friendly and the product itself is bio-degradable.
