Filaments

Lenzing Plastics Filaments is producing and processing monofilaments as wells as bristles and abrasives.

We extrude thermoplastic raw materials like polyamides (PA 6, PA 66, PA 610, PA 612, PA 11), polyester (PET, PBT, PTT) and polyolefines (PP, LDPE) as well as special polymeres (PPS, PEEK, PVDF).

The extrusion process is followed by a multistaged stretching and fixing process, which ends with spooling the products (monofiles) or cutting them for further usage (bristles and abrasives).

We add  stabilizers, coloring or abrasive grains to the bought raw materials specific to the needs of our customers.
